1. Website Operator
   1. 1 This website is managed and owned by JGS Global Pte. Ltd. The company is registered in Singapore  (Unique Entity Number: 201331658D). The company is a GST registered company. All purchases are subjected to 7% GST.

2. Sale Terms and Conditions

2.1 You will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. All orders placed online will be fulfilled within 3 business days unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

2.2 For self-collection, please indicate your estimated arrival time.

2.3 Payment must be made in full before delivery or self-collection.

2.4 All goods sold are strictly non-refundable.

3. Product Warranty

3.1 All electronic products comes with 1 year warranty, unless otherwise stated. In the event if you receive a faulty product within 7 days, an exchange will be done at our service centre. The returned Product must be in the original packaging.

3.2 After 7-days, you may be referred to the Brand’s service centre for product faults and troubleshoot.
